MY Flat is a company established in order to provide its clients with the service of Property Management. It is becoming more modern and preferred to rent out properties for short-term rent. Platforms, such as Airbnb, Booking, TripAdvisor and others are being used. This allows owners to simultaneously receive income from their property and use it as needed. In fact, this endeavor is not so easy. Time is required to clean the property, to communicate with the guests, to welcome them during the check-in process and to regulate the prices.
