No13 is a small boutique house, which enjoys a privileged location in the old part of Burgas, just footsteps away from the walking streets "Aleko Bogoridi" and "Alexandrovska", the small local cafés and delicious restaurants, the port and 5 min walk to the Sea garden and the sandy beach.
Set in a carefully restored neoclassical house, No13 offers accommodation in only 5 rooms. All are designed by local artist, and comfortably furnished, featuring amenities that include queen-size beds, high speed Wi-Fi internet connection, aircondition, mini-bar, safe, desk, flat screen TV, tеа pot, complimentary coffee, tea and water, free toiletries and daily cleaning.
Our intention is to make a place that offers hotel-type accommodation for only a select few guests and to give them a warm, familiar atmosphere.
