“Lukoil” Culture Centre is located in the city centre – at the emblematic “Troykata” Square. Once belonging to the largest oil refinery in Bulgaria – “Lukoil Neftohim” JSC, now it is Municipal property and organises a wide range of culture activities, accessible to all citizens and visitors of Burgas.
“Lukoil” Culture Centre is the place for some of the most interesting events in the city. It has a theatre hall with 600 seats and a stage, meeting different technical requirements for various events – concerts, theatre plays, ballet, etc. The numerous smaller halls and rooms of the building host different classes, art studios, piano lessons, fencing, judo and karate practices, vocal and dancing groups’ practices. The first Burgas Tattoo Festival took place there in 2012.
The building also hosts the themed “Backstage” café-bar where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while sinking in the stage atmosphere. You can often meet some of the artists participating in the events, taking place in the Culture Centre.
