For three days, the port of Burgas port  hosted music fans from all over the world. The second edition of the largest Bulgarian festival SPICE Music Festival was held from August 7 to 9, 2020.

The Burgas International Congress Center is located near the port of Burgas port, with open access to the Sea Station.

The center will attract organizers of various types of events. There are two main halls for events:

"Via Pontica" hall with a capacity of 200 people. "Black sea" hall with a capacity of 500 people.
