On occasion the celebration of the International Olympic day - 23 June, on the 24th June symbolically will be carried the Olympic fire in European city of sports 2015 - Burgas.
The procession under the title "United against doping and drugs through sports" will begin on Wednesday from 16:00 hours at the monument "Alyosha". The first carrier of the flame will pass along a marked route - monument "Alyosha", street "Aleksandrovska" - to the building of Municipality Burgas. The fire will be accompanied by athletes, sports figures, representatives of sports clubs, schools, volunteers - football champions of the student games from High school "Geo Milev", students from Primary school "Vasil Aprilov", volunteers from Municipal council about drug substances and Local commission for prevention of anti-social acts of minors, with the special participation of representatives of sports club "Passport", sports club "Akulite", swimming club "Zapochni da pluvash" and "Briz".
At the same time on square "Atanas Sirekov" /in front of the Municipality/ residents and guest of the city will witness an attractive demonstration of the Chinese martial art of Wushu by the athletes of sports club "Bei Sin - Burgas", as well as a dance show "Disham" by people with disabilities from association "Social center" Burgas.
The event is organized by Municipality Burgas, section "Sport, preventions and youth activities" and Bulgarian Olympic committee, with the assistance of Youth cultural center, sports club "Passport", Municipal council about drug substances and Local commission for prevention of anti-social acts of minors.
