Diamonds and gems from all over the world in the Casino

*In the exquisite exhibition are included 9 gigantic crystals dated at millions of years.

The biggest 36 gram piece of native gold, found in the river Ogosta and rare precious gems from all over the world will be shown at the exhibition “Treasures of the earth – precious, decorative stones and gigantic crystals”. It awaits its public in hall “Al.G.Kodjakafaliyata” in cultural center “Sea Casino” from the 3rd of June to the 9th of August.

The exhibition includes over 100 pieces of minerals – the most impressive from the permanent exhibition of National Museum “The Earth and the humans” and some unseen exhibits from the fund of the museum.

Among the exquisite exhibits are natural diamonds from the most famous deposits in RSA, rubies, sapphires and unseen till this moment jewels with big diamonds.

There will be extremely rare precious exotic gems, like tourmaline, royal opal, scapolite, kunzite, tanzanite, kyanite, danburite and diaspore displayed in the windows, whose costs are nearly that of the diamond.

The impressive exhibition includes an emerald from Russia, aquamarine from Pakistan, Zimbabwe and Brazil, morganite from Brazil, goshenite from Brazil, topaz from Ukraine and amethyst from Brazil.

Among the exhibits in the section of decorative semi-precious stones is the unique charoite – mineral, found only near the river Chara in Irkutsk, Russia.

9 gigantic crystal varieties of quartz – citrine, smoky quartz and morion from Brazil, will be displayed as part of the exquisite exhibition. The amazing findings are given to the museum by the Bulgarian Iliya Delev. They are unique in their size and form, which have developed in big cracks in the bowels of the Earth for millions of years.

Municipality Burgas will announce later what is the entrance fee to the exhibition.
