A colorful carnival of biodiversity is among the highlights of the "Green Weekend", organized by the Municipality of Burgas in partnership with the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation. This Friday, May 17, for the 12th time, the center of Burgas will be filled with jellyfish, fish, turtles, birds, etc., and the message of the carnival is: "Better connectivity of people with the lakes"

"Burgas is a city with three beautiful lakes. We all need to take advantage of this natural endowment, to have a greater connection with these amazing places - home to birds and fish, so we directed the attention of teachers, children and parents to them." , shared Radostina Tsenova.

22 educational institutions from Burgas will participate in the initiative. Children, parents and teachers will gather from 17.00 at "Atanas Sirekov" Square, from where the procession will pass along "Bogoridi" Street to the "Snail" stage under the sound of music.
