They are building a repair shop in the fishing village

The Municipality of Burgas has received approval for its project, which will provide specialized port facilities for the boat dock in the fishing village. It is implemented under the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Program and is part of the strategy for the development of FLAG "Burgas - Kameno".

The boat dock will be equipped with modular pontoons. The mechanism for their attachment allows them to be moved effortlessly and to be installed in a new place depending on the needs for servicing the vessels.

For the safety of the vessels will be provided special diverting devices - fenders. They act as a buffer between the hull of the vessel and the wall of the pier and absorb shocks in contact between them.

The project envisages the construction of a repair shop for fishing boats. It will be located in the eastern part of the port. The building will consist of two parts. One will function as a repair hall. The other will have an office warehouse and service rooms.

The boat dock currently has a capacity for 40 vessels with a length of 12 meters. The aim of the facility equipment project is to improve safety and working conditions for fishermen. With the provision of specialized equipment, appropriate conditions will be provided for storage, maintenance and operation of domestic vessels during fishing activities.
