The Municipality of Burgas announces a competition for the production of an original logo of the future modern youth international center, which will be built next to Sofia University "Petko Rosen" in zh.k. "Meden Rudnik"
"The idea is for the logo to give a distinctive and memorable associative image of the new Youth Center, which has the ambition to become an attractive place for young people, where they can develop their creativity and realize their ideas," said Mayor Dimitar Nikolov.
The center will offer conditions for international youth exchanges, non-formal education, regional visits, interest clubs, trainings, startup spaces, and the services will be available to all young people.
The aim of this graphic sign competition is to create an original logo and message of the Center, which will help the recognizability of the youth structure. The logo will be a key component of the Center's visual identity and will be used for the communication campaign of the project to promote the new youth space.
The prize for the winner with the most original logo is BGN 2,000.
The logo must be adapted for static printed and electronic interpretation. It must be designed to be suitable for use with and without a background, both small and large, and to be suitable for printed advertising and souvenir materials, information boards and billboards.
Graphic designs should include Cyrillic and Latin versions, accompanied by color and black-and-white versions with computer animation. The logo should be developed and presented in JPG format, as well as in vector format - EPS, AI, CDR, PDF.
Each author must provide a signed declaration of authorship of the proposed project and concept, which justifies his idea - the impact of fonts, colors and elements.
Proposals must be sent to the e-mail address: m.burulyanova@burgas.bg or on electronic media in the administrative building of the Municipality of Burgas at 26 Aleksandrovska Street.
The deadline for receiving the projects is March 25, 2021.
The partner of the Municipality of Burgas in the project is the Municipality of Reykjavik, Iceland, and the project "Establishment of the Youth International Center Burgas" is implemented under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups", funded by the EEA FM 2014 - 2021
