The construction of the "Chengene Skele" Cultural and Historical Complex has started on the land of the "Kraimorie" district. There, the Municipality of Burgas will create a space with wide public access to promote the fishing craft and traditions. The complex will have a multifunctional hall, a Sailor`s Cafe-club, exhibition houses workshops for children, a park space with a picnic area and a playground, a promenade, as well as a square space with an amphitheater for small outdoor concerts.

Trainings, exhibitions and demonstrations of fishing practices will be held on the territory of the ethnographic complex in order to develop the maritime culture, to attract tourists, to create jobs for the local fishing community and more. The multifunctional hall and the amphitheater will become another hot spot of the cultural life in Burgas at night, and the park environment, the sea strip and the attractions for the little visitors will attract many visitors during the day.

Consideration has also been given to improving the transport connectivity of this area. For this purpose, a new pier is being built in the fishing village of Chengene skele, which will be reached by a new boat, which the Municipality will get next year. Thus, the catamaran "Anastasia" will continue to serve the route to St. Anastasia island, and the new vessel will travel to the ethnographic village.
