As of today, our country receives tourists from 29 countries

From today, June 1, 2020, Bulgaria will receive tourists from 29 countries, according to a statement from the Ministry of Tourism in connection with the start of the summer tourist season 2020. The announcement is based on an order of the Minister of Health from May 29, 2020 and a proposal from the Chief State Health Inspector.

On the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for the purpose of tourism without placing under 14-day quarantine can enter through all border checkpoints arriving from:

The Republic of Austria;

The Kingdom of the Netherlands;

Federal Republic of Germany;

The Republic of Poland;

Republic of Greece;

The Kingdom of Denmark;

Romania;

The Republic of Estonia;

The Slovak Republic;

The Republic of Slovenia;

Hungary;

The Republic of Finland;

The Republic of Cyprus;

The French Republic;

The Republic of Latvia;

The Republic of Croatia;

The Republic of Lithuania;

Czech Republic;

Grand Duchy of Luxembourg;

Iceland;

The Kingdom of Norway;

Principality of Liechtenstein;

Swiss Confederation

Republic of San Marino;

Principality of Andorra;

Principality of Monaco;

Vatican City State;

Republic of Serbia;

Republic of Northern Macedonia.

The list is subject to updating and supplementation depending on the development of the epidemic situation and the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Persons who are not placed under quarantine, as well as persons who transit through the territory of the country, submit to the border health control authorities a declaration in a form, which obliges them to comply with the introduced anti-epidemic measures, and that they are aware of the risks of COVID-19 disease.
