Four countries in Europe opened borders for foreigners.
These are the UK, Ireland, Slovenia and Sweden. The Netherlands decided to accept only citizens of the Schengen countries.
Italy and Spain also plan to make travel easier. Rome will open borders on June 3 , Madrid will do this on July 1., Greece from June 15.
