Minister Angelkova asked tourists to postpone their planned vacation

Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova thanked everyone in the industry - tour operators, restaurateurs, hoteliers, guides who work responsibly in the face of the severe crisis related to the spread of COVID-19. There were also representatives who, by their actions, hurt the image of the whole industry.

Various options are being considered after the end of the state of emergency, now in the first place is the issue of life and health, said Angelkova.

One of these options is to offer vouchers to revalidate failed vacation within 24 months - objective and very important measure in order to preserve the sector.
