The Christmas holidays from the Burgas region will be presented at the Austrian Museum "Silent Night"

Regional History Museum - Burgas will present in the Austrian city of Wagrain the exhibition "Christmas Holidays from the Burgas Region". A group at "Prosveta - 1929" Community Center in the village of Lyulyakovo in Ruen have prepared a special cultural and culinary program for the opening of the exhibition.

The "Silent Night" Museum is dedicated to the author of the text of the most popular Christmas song, born in the nearby Salzburg, the priest Joseph More. He wrote the verses in 1816. And Wagrain was the last place where the father- poet served and where he was buried after his death.

Burgas Christmas traditions were presented there with the assistance of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Burgas Dr. Radostina Ivanova-Mishineva.
