A sea post card will be sent by Burgas children on the occasion of Black Sea Day

With a workshop "The Sea and the Children" and a visit to the Natural History Exhibition of the Regional Museum of History Community center "Izgrev 1909" - Burgas will mark the International Black Sea Day -31 October for the third year.

The participants are students from the 2nd and 6th grade of the "Yordan Yovkov" High School - Burgas. Today the cards from the sea, made by the participants in the workshop and addressed to their friends by "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" in Vidin will be arranged in an exhibition at the Regional Library "Mihalaki Georgiev".

Its purpose is to provoke children's thinking about the future of the unique ecosystem in the Black Sea and to find out whether we can create this future together and be part of the 16 million people from 6 countries celebrating International Black Sea Day on 31 October.

A series of fun video messages exchanged between participants will show the most interesting of the initiative and share a good example.

The edition in 2019 is held in partnership with Vidin library and with the support of ME "Tourism" - Burgas.
