In his play The Emigrants (1974), Slavomir Mrozek presents the manifestation of fruitless attempts at self-realization. Mrozek describes a picture of the coexistence of two compatriots - the intellectual AA and the ordinary worker XX. The action takes place in an atmosphere several hours on the eve of New Year.
This is a show about freedom, kindness, nobility, forgiveness, the need for tenderness, closeness and warmth.
