THIS YEAR THE CAMPAIGN "BOOKS FOR GARBAGE" RETURNS TO BURGAS ON 11 AND 12 MAY

The campaign has rapidly gained popularity in the city and over the past years Burgas has set a record on collected and transmitted plastic waste. The initiative will be held on 11 and 12 May in the space in front of the Pantheon in the Sea Garden.

You need to hand over at least 1 kg of plastic for which you will receive a book. Suitable for transmission are: plastic bottles of water, soft drinks, oil or beer; yoghurt buckets and plastic bottles of fresh milk; tubes and bottles of cosmetics and sanitary products; plastic cups and trays (cleaned from food), pallet and crates; plastic bags, stretch foil or wrapping film; plastic toys. They must be emptied of content and crushed to occupy less space.
