Burgas already has its own ZOO

The ZOO, founded by Krastyo Dabov a few years ago, is officially one of the ten licensed zoos in Bulgaria. In its new role the Zoo became a member of the world branch organization of zoos. This gives an extra opportunity to exchange useful information and exotic animals, to assist them in their successful breeding, breeding and healing when necessary.

Bourgas Zoo, with the assistance of the Municipality of Burgas, invites citizens of Burgas and guests of the city to an official opening, which will start at 11 am on the 20th of April, Saturday. Throughout the day visitors will be able to view the animals at the entrance free of charge.

Bourgas Zoo is situated on an area of 35 decares, near the, quarter of "Cherno more". There are over 60 species of animals, nearly 650 individuals, in conditions close to their real living environment.
