The team of the Burgas Museum is now with a new acquisition. Thanks to a European project, the institution now has at its disposal expensive equipment for the digitization of artefacts stored in its funds. The digitization kit for these items is worth around 30,000 BGN and includes a powerful server, a modern 3D scanner and a professional camera.127 objects from the Aquae calidae fund have already been digitized.
After the digitization, the sites will be freely accessible online for everyone on the site of the RHM in Burgas.
Museum workers invite IT specialists, if they wish, to help digitize our material cultural and historical heritage so that it can be made as soon as possible.
