Colorful palette of events for Chinese New Year

For the second consecutive year residents and guests of Burgas will have the chance to experience the biggest Chinese holiday. Events start today, including "Days of Chinese Cinema", two exhibitions and a thematic workshop.

The official opening of the program will take place this evening at 6:00 pm in "Georgi Baev" Hall of the "Sea Casino" Cultural center, where the photo exhibition "Joy for the World". Happy Chinese New Year" will be opened. Photographs present 60 special moments from China New Year celebrations across the five continents.

Together with the exhibition will start the Days of Chinese Cinema. The tapes will again feature a variety of genres, including two titles for the youngest. The screenings will continue until February 11 incl.

The second exhibition in the festive program will present the unique talent of Burgas children who participated in the Children's Drawing Contest "Dreams for Europe and China", in which the Municipality of Burgas received an invitation to participate in the summer of last year. The exhibition will be open on February 9(Saturday) at 10:30 in the lobby of the Youth Cultural Center - Burgas.
