Students from Professional High School of Tourism "Prof. Asen Zlatarov" presented and defended a project in Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

Inspired by the European Year of Cultural Heritage and attracted from the research activity, a group of students from Professional High School of Tourism "Prof. Asen Zlatarov" - Victoria Alexieva, Ivan Kavrakov and Yoanna Pencheva under the direction of Mrs. Petya Kudeva - Senior History and Civilization Teacher and Mrs.Yana Ivanova - Curator from RHM Burgas, as well as with the cooperation of the State Archives, started teamwork on their own project.

After active research throughout the school year 2017/2018. was created the project "Architecture of Burgas. Emblematic buildings"´.

After a review and as a result of the high evaluation received, the students were admitted to the academic community, which was held on November 16, 2018, within the framework of the fifth scientific session of the in the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The pupils presented themselves confidently and proved themselves as knowledgeable and capable young people, for which they received numerous applauses and congratulations. Their work was highly appreciated by the academic jury for which they will receive diplomas for excellent performance.
