Today starts the second edition of the Festival for Contemporary Arts "Water"

The Festival for Contemporary Arts "Water" will show for the second time in the Youth Cultural Center of Burgas works of popular Bulgarian and international artists. The program features a number of events such as Video Art, Installation, Contemporary Dance/Theater, Music, and more.
