This year marks the 95th anniversary of the birth of the great actor. On this occasion, 17, 18 and 19 July Municipality is organizing "Days of films with Apostol Karamitev". "Lubimets 13", "Specialist in Everything" and "Knight without armor" are the emblematic films that will be screened on the open stage "Snail", starting at 21:00, in all three days. With them we will remember the charming Burgas actor, who remains in history as a "favorite" of the Bulgarian cinema.
On July 20 is the official opening of the Burgas International Film Festival. For a week, our town will again host the third edition of the festival. Winners of many prestigious film awards will be present personally and will provoke audiences with their latest film work. This year's selection of the festival will be marked with more than 30 titles from the countries in the region and will take place the traditional film panorama presenting the members of the international jury.
