The Ministry of Tourism has revealed a telephone line for signals related to irregularities under the Tourism Act. It operates from 10 April and reports of illegal or bad practices in the sector will be accepted on it around the clock.
The phone is 02/9046895, and the cost of a 1 minute call will be at the user's mobile plan and there will be no extra mark-up. The line will exist in parallel with last year's telephones for reports of irregularities along the coastlines in the country. Messages of this type may also be sent to e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The line will be automatic and will record the calls from the senders around the clock. Every working day between 9 and 17:30 ministry experts will listen and record the signals. Each of them will be checked.
