The regatta "Cor Caroli" will start from Burgas for the first time

Burgas will be the starting point of this year's seventeenth consecutive edition of the international regatta "Cor Caroli". The competition is for keel yachts and the race will include about 50 boats. The participants will be from Ukraine, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria.

Demonstrative race will be held on August 12, at 13:00 o`clock in the Burgas bay and it can be seen from the Sea Garden. The official start of the race will be on August 13 at 10:00 a.m., when the first race will start on the route:Burgas -St. Anastasia island - St. Vlas. Citizens and guests of the city will be able to watch the event from the Pier, the from Sea Casino and from the Sea Garden.

The next day the race will continue from Saint Vlas to Varna. The final will be on August 15 in the gulf of Varna when the city's official holiday is celebrated.
