A Review of the 26th of April: 347 Tons of Waste Were Collected in Burgas

Nearly 30 000 citizens of Burgas participated in this year's National Campaign "Let's Clean Bulgaria for One day", which was held on the 26th of April. 43 companies and institutions, 49 schools and 15 non-government organizations were active in the campaign. The collected waste in the municipality is 347 tons.

The cleaned areas are Central and North beaches, the beach in Sarafovo and Kraymorie quarters, forest park "Rosenets", "Mineral baths" park, and other areas.

All terrains, marked by the citizens of Burgas on the website of BTV, gardens, lawns and surrounding areas in the city were within the scope of the campaign. 16 700 bags and 15 000 pairs of gloves were given.
