Official start of the first international cycling tour of the Bulgarian coast

The first international cycling tour of the Bulgarian coast, which is part of the project "Tour Bulgaria" will be officially started today at 18.00 hours in front of City Hall.

All the 114 cyclists from 19 teams will be presented. Three of them are Bulgarian and the reset from abroad. All of them took part in the 64th international cycling tour of Bulgaria, which finished on September 3. Winner of the tour became the Bulgarian national Stefan Hristov, who is part of the Turkish club "Brisaspor".

The first international cycling tour of the Bulgarian coast is part of the program for marking "Burgas - European city of sports 2015".

The first stage is pm September 5th /Saturday/. The start is in Burgas from hospital "Life Hospital" at 13:00 hours. The cyclists will cover a distance of 190 kilometers from Burgas through Varna to Dobrich. The second stage is on the next day September 6th and is from Dobrich to Balchik with a final in Varna - 128 kilometers in total.
