A museum on wheels for children will entertain the kids of Burgas on August 2 /Sunday/, when it will present its exposition and creative workshops. The interesting project is joint initiative of Societe Generale Expressbank and foundation Easyart; the idea of the initiative is through eight free-of-charge art ateliers and improvised museums, children to learn about the main periods of the history of world art - Prehistory, Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, Middle ages, Renaissance, Impressionism, Cubism and Pop art.
The Museum on wheels will be located in the Sea garden on an area of over 200 square meters. The working time of the "museum" will be from 10.00 to 20.00 hours with a lunch break in the hottest afternoon hours.
In each one of the 8 creative ateliers the participants will have the chance to make their own masterpieces, using the techniques of different periods of the history of art. After they pass through all of them, the children will get the opportunity to become curators of the museum exposition, by arranging in the museum on wheels specially made copies of the greatest works and receive a diploma for the training.
The presenters of the ateliers are students and graduates from the National art academy with experience in working with children, as well as employees-volunteers of Societe Generale Expressbank.
The event will show an interesting and different reading of the history of art, presented in an exceptionally amusing way for the children and their parents.
