Choir "Trepetlika" from Municipal children complex Burgas won third place at a prestigious international festival

National choir "Trepetlika" from Municipal children complex Burgas with conductor Pepa Zapryanova won third place at a prestigious international festival in the Catalan city Vic.

Choir troupes from all around the world participated in the competition. The first and second places were for the formations from Russia and the Philippines.

 Kid's national choir "Trepetlika" from Municipal children complex Burgas is founded in 1996, aiming to popularize the Bulgarian folklore among the young generation. Conductor of the choir is Pepa Zapryanova, and director of the kid's formation "Shareni gaitani" is Stoyko Georgiev.

The repertoire of the choir includes traditional and reverse folklore from all folklore regions in Bulgaria, but mainly from the region of Strandja and Trakia.

Kid's national choir "Trepetlika" has won dozens of awards from international and national festivals and competitions.
