International Day of Yoga in Burgas

Our city will be part of the international celebration of the International Day of Yoga (21 June). The event will be held on June 24 (Saturday) - from 7:00 to 22:00, and the location is Exposition Center "Flora" in the heart of the Sea Park.

Experienced teachers will introduce you to the techniques and proper performance of the asanas (poses). There will also be various talks about Ayurveda, Reiki and some useful psychological techniques.
